There are those who become public figures because they are true stewards of the horse, and of people- and those who seek the limelight following a frantic and perpetual need for admiration.
The difference in the work of each can be seen in the peace of those who surround them, or the fanatical behavior of those affected by the ego hungry false guru. The one who seeks constant attention is unable to take accountability, and requires admiration from those around them. You will know them when you disagree- like a snake, coiled, when you turn over their log, they strike.
The true teacher is unphased by disagreement, and equally unphased by attention and dislike both- they are busy changing lives, and don’t have time for such nonsense.
